THE FARM
Our organic farm extends over 50 hectares.
We cultivate: olive trees, almond trees and ancient grains
We produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil, respecting both the environment and traditional farming methods.
Every drop of our oil tells the story of our land and brings the authentic taste of Puglia to your table.
We also grow ancient varieties of wheat, ideal for making traditional pasta, bread and baked goods.
These grains preserve the agricultural heritage of the past and offer products that are healthy, natural and rich in flavor.
The farm landscape is enriched by: dry-stone walls, a large historic rainwater cistern and traditional trulli
which together create a rural environment of rare beauty.
LIVESTOCK FARM
Alongside our crops, we raise native animal breeds, preserving the biodiversity of the region.
Our animals include:
Podolica cows, raised free-range and known for their high-quality meat
Martina Franca donkeys, strong and symbolic animals of the local tradition
Murgese horses, an elegant and historic breed from the Murge area
Black pigs, raised freely to ensure natural and healthy products
Our philosophy is based on ethical farming, where animals and nature live in harmony.
THE VEGETABLE GARDEN
At the heart of the Masseria lies a large vegetable garden, lovingly cultivated by Mariella.
This small corner of paradise produces fresh vegetables used daily in our kitchen.
Here the land tells stories of tradition and passion, offering genuine flavors grown according to the natural rhythm of the seasons.
