Educational farm
Since 2007, our Masseria has been part of the official network of Educational Farms of Puglia, recognized by the regional government.
It is a place where children and adults can rediscover rural traditions through direct experiences and contact with nature.
We organize school trips for kindergarten and primary school classes, offering educational and engaging activities.
For adults, we offer traditional cooking workshops to share the knowledge and flavors of our land.
Educational workshops include:
- From Grain to Pasta and Bread - A journey from wheat milling to handmade pasta and bread.
- From Seasonal Fruit to Homemade Jams - Learning how to transform fresh fruit into natural jams without preservatives.
- Wild Herb Discovery - Recognizing and collecting wild herbs used in traditional cooking and natural remedies.
All the food prepared during the workshops is then tasted and shared together, celebrating the joy of food and tradition.
